
With Blueberries
Quick breakfast, easy recipe

Ingredients
Method
- Place 10-12 inch cast iron pan into oven and preheat to 475 F.
- Add eggs to medium bowl and whisk until light, then whisk in milk.2 Eggs, 1/2 cup Milk (or non dairy substitute)
- Add any optional flavorings if desired1 tsp Vanilla, 1/2 tsp Cinnamon, 1/2 tsp Nutmeg, 1 tsp Lemon zest
- Add flour and salt to bowl then stir until combined.1/2 cup Flour, 1 pinch Salt
- Once oven is preheated, remove cast iron pan and melt butter (about 2 tbsp) in bottom, swirl to coat sides.Butter
- Pour mixed batter into pan and return to oven
- Add desired inclusions (if any) on top of batterBlueberries, Chocolate chips, strawberries
- Bake until puffed up and light brown. About 12-15 min
- Remove from oven and dust with icing sugar if desiredIcing sugar
- Allow to cool (puffyness will start to fall)
- Slice and enjoy!
